Design Project FAQs

What do your services cost?

We have starting points listed above for each type of service, however, we quote every project on a 1-by-1 basis in order to accurately scope your requirements and the details of the project.

For design services, we require a 20% down payment to begin your project, and the remainder of the payments are spread out throughout your design project.

How do we communicate throughout the process?

We’re all about keeping the conversation lively and efficient. Our kickoff call, major milestone check-ins, and final project walkthroughs are done via virtual meetings, but the majority of our communication will be through emails, digital forms, and recorded screen-shares. We’re also available for a phone call as needed.

How long will my project take?

Our design projects range in timeline. In general, you can expect a full branding package to take 3-6 weeks to deliver. A website design can range anywhere from 4-12 weeks, depending on the depth of the business and any e-commerce functionality required. We’ll work with you on a case-by-case basis to accurately scope your project and work within a timeline that works for your needs.
